To this end, In-Foresight Consulting is putting up a 2-Day Tax Refresher Workshop tagged, “OPTIMAL COMPLIANCE WITH TAX & OTHER STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS”
Details of Workshop:
- How to register and file returns with some statutory bodies in respect of:
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) – FIRS
- Employee Compensation Scheme (ECS) – NSITF
- National Housing Fund (NHF) – Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)
- Industrial Training Fund (ITF) – Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- Certificate of Acceptance of Fixed Assets (CAFA) – Industrial Inspectorate Directorate (IID), Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment
- Payer’s Identification Number – Pay As You Earn
- Be familiar with the filing time-lines of various taxes and levies in Nigeria – Pension, VAT, CIT, WHT, ITF, ECS, NHF,IT Levy, etc with a view to avoiding the burden of paying interest and penalty;
- Professionally Compute and Remit PAYE (including annual returns) plus PAYE Management Tips;
- Professionally compute, package and file annual CIT returns and compute deferred tax;
- Apply and obtain Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC);
- Guidelines for drawing up a Company’s Tax Policy and Procedure Manual with a view to avoiding a Trial and Error approach; and
- How to remain current in tax matters
